| 摘要： | 本发明涉及利用干扰素在试管中培养动物单链DNA病毒，例如猪圆环病毒2以及人类细胞株TT病毒。动物IncreasedtitresofanimalcircularssDNAvirusareobtainedbyoneormoreofthefollowingconditions:additionofinterferonsoragentswhichensuretheproductionofendogenousinterferonsbysaidcellline,reductionofendosomal-lysosomalsystemacidification,andcholesteroldepletion.单链DNA病毒的滴定度增加，是通过添加干扰素或者因子来获得的，这些干扰素或者因子能够确保内生干扰素的产物按上述的细胞系进行。 |
